1.Glass Cutting

Glass cutting is the first and basic glass processing throughout the production process. The success of subsequent grinding or drilling processes depends on its proper performance.

2.CNC grinding

It is to use the grinding wheel groove of the fine engraving machine to grind the edge of the rough glass and remove the residual quantity; to chamfer and drill the glass raw material through the drilling head, and use the fine grinding wheel to finish the shape and camera holes to meet the requirements. The machining precision reaches 0.01mm.

3.Cleaning

Afterthe cutting process, the glass panels move to the Cleaning line for thorough cleaning to remove any dirt.dust or residues. The cleaning line typically inculde  the following stages Washing: The glass panels are subjected to a series of washing stages, which may involve the use of water, detergent, and brushes to clean the surfaces.

4.Glass Tempering

The process is  by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass. Tempering puts the outer surfaces into compression and the interior into tension. Such stresses cause the glass, when broken, to shatter into small granular chunks instead of splintering into jagged shards as ordinary annealed glass does. The granular chunks are less likely to cause injury.

5.Glass Coating

The multilayer coating process uses physical vapour deposition (PVD) technology to uniformly cover the surface of the glass with multiple layers of film, thereby achieving the purpose of enhancing its optical properties. Magnetron Sputtering  is a kind of PVD, with the advantages of simple equipment, the coating lines can easy to control, large coating area and strong adhesion.

6.Glass Silk Screen Printing

Silkscreened glass printing is a cost-effective means to create custom patterns or images on glass. It is produced by printing a layer of ceramic frit through a specialized screen mesh onto a glass substrate and then sending the printed glass through our state-of-the-art tempering furnaces for permanent and durable material fusion.
